Can't you just picture the waves moving the seaweed along the beach? The motion is designed by sewing curvy log cabins with the Creative Grids Curvy Log Cabin Trim Tool for 8-inch finished blocks. Choose an assortment of green and blue strips to create the blocks. And since the blocks are relatively large, you only need 36 to complete the center.

Tip: Eliminate the math by cutting the strips using the center line on any of the Creative Grids 4-1/2 inch wide rectangles. This white line is at the 2-1/4 inch mark, the width of the wide strips needed for this project.
